Mark Swaim, Lead Pastor
Mark Swaim was born and raised in Garden Grove, attending Garden Grove Friends Church from childhood. Mark and his wife Rachelle (Shelly) met, married and have raised a family here at GGFC. They have three children: one daughter, who is married and has two children, and two sons. Mark and Shelly's sons are in College and High School and are very involved in different programs here at GGFC.
Mark is currently working on his Master's Degree from Azusa Pacific University. He is also a Chaplain for the Garden Grove Police Department. Mark has a passion for the community of Garden Grove, and surrounding communities. He desires to lead those in his community to a knowing relationship with Jesus Christ as well as creating a nurturing, loving and nourishing church for people to belong to.
