Executive Team (EST)
The Executive Steering Team (EST) is responsible for the overall, smooth operation of the church, other than spiritual matters. They are responsible for the making business decisions for the body at Garden Grove Friends Church, in the absence of a normal business meeting, or a special called business meeting. The EST is composed of the overall leadership of the church, consisting of: Paula Kunkel (team lead, clerk of the meeting), Nancy Phillips (asst. clerk of the meeting), Lou Elsaesser (recording clerk), Eliot Hansen (Finances), Cliff Tracy (Treasurer), Norm James (trustees), Mark Swaim (lead pastor), and Diane Parra (clerk of the Elders).
