Caring Communities
We at Garden Grove Friends have two active Caring Communities. Each Community meets in an individual home in the Garden Grove area. Our focus is primarily on caring for each other’s families; when the need occurs we help each other in various ways. We’ve prayed for children, supported each other in various family situations in the raising of our children, assisted each other in moving to a new home, and grieving for the loss of a loved one. Each caring community does have Bible Study as a part of our meeting. We have two groups that meet on Sunday evening. Our times and frequency vary depending on the needs of each group. Each group would welcome anyone who would care to join. We have singles in some groups, plus married couples with children and couples that are grandparents.
